This Privacy Policy explains how TT Phoenix Group LLC, doing business as Phoenix Access (collectively, “Phoenix Access,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit phoenixaccess.vip, contact us, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use a Phoenix Access service.
1. Scope and identity
This Policy applies to Phoenix Access websites, customer support, subscription administration, and VPN-related services that link to it. It does not govern a third-party website, app, marketplace, or service that publishes its own privacy notice.
The website is currently informational and does not accept enrollment or payment. The account, payment, and service-use provisions below apply when those features are made available.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, login credentials, and communication preferences.
- Transaction information, such as the plan purchased, price, currency, renewal date, transaction identifiers, billing country, and payment status. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not intended to be stored by Phoenix Access.
- Support information, including messages, attachments, troubleshooting details, and records of our response.
- Information submitted for privacy, refund, fraud, or legal requests, including information reasonably needed to verify the request.
Information collected automatically
- Website and device data, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and security events. Our host may generate ordinary server logs when you visit.
- Account and service data, such as login events, subscription status, app version, device identifiers, selected server region, connection timestamps, transferred-data totals, crash data, and diagnostic events when reasonably needed to authenticate, operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service.
No unsupported logging promise. Phoenix Access does not claim that the service keeps “no logs.” The data processed for a subscription will depend on the service configuration and infrastructure providers in use. We will not use VPN traffic content for advertising.
Information from others
We may receive information from payment processors, fraud-prevention services, customer-support tools, distribution partners, and VPN infrastructure or software providers, including transaction status, account activation status, abuse reports, and service diagnostics.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, authenticate, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and services;
- create and administer accounts, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds;
- respond to questions and provide customer support;
- protect users, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and secure our systems;
- communicate service, billing, security, and policy updates;
- improve service reliability and understand aggregate performance;
- comply with law, enforce our agreements, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- send marketing only where permitted, subject to your right to opt out.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose relevant information to:
- Service providers and processors that supply hosting, security, payment processing, email, support, analytics, identity, VPN software, or network infrastructure under contractual restrictions;
- Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel;
- Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our policies;
- Transaction participants in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use VPN traffic content for targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. Retention varies by data type, sensitivity, legal requirements, account status, and operational need. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer required, unless preservation is necessary for a legal claim or lawful request.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting your credentials.
7. International processing
Phoenix Access is based in Florida, United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws differ. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Children
The services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the message instructions. You will still receive necessary account, billing, security, and transactional communications.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request. Phoenix Access does not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request to ttphoenixgroup@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the email associated with your account. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification with you. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
We will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals when required and technically applicable. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal does not change current site behavior.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
